Excess (an observation)

I think my life would be healthier if I:

Ate less sugar. I’ve been doing really well exercising over the past couple months and I’ve lost a little weight (5-7 lbs.), but I eat way too many sweets and it’s keeping me from losing more. Do they make sugarless chocolate?
